BALANCE + FLOW (30 MINUTES)

The first practice in the 3 part series, is all about keeping that balance, taking it slow and finding your flow. Do this video first, followed by the other 2 videos in the series or do it as a standalone flow, the choice is yours!

SLOW BURN (60 MINUTES)

The second practice in the 3 part series, is all about building up the fire, cleansing the body and slowing it down. If you live life in the fast lane, you will find this flow the one for you. Do this video in between the other 2 videos in the series or do it as a standalone flow, the choice is yours!

 

SINK DEEP (30 MINUTES)

The third practice in the 3 part series, is all about feeling relaxed and taking time with your poses. This Yin Style flow will help you let it all go and sink deep! Do this video last, after doing the other 2 videos in the series or do it as a standalone flow, the choice is yours!
